As a some of you will already know Don lost his battle and peacefully passed away early last week. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Don’s family and friends at this sad time, a number of these being within New Forest H.O.G.
We have been asked to provide a Harley Escort for Don’s final journey, something I know we will all be honoured to do.
I hope we can help by assisting in giving Don a befitting send off.
FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS
Don’s Funeral will take place on Tuesday 26th July 2016 starting with a service at Wessex Vale Crematorium, West End at 10:00 am.
Wessex Vale Crematorium, Bubb Lane, West End, Southampton, SO30 2HL.
Afterwards there will be a Wake at:
The Ferryman, 2 Warsash Road, Warsash, Southampton, SO31 9HX.
The Family have requested that there be no flowers. Donations instead to ‘Cancer Research UK’ donation instructions below. It would also be appreciated if you were to wear your normal casual clothes.
As a Club we will be organising a Harley Escort to attend Don’s funeral (All riders welcome) and the arrangements are as follows:
08:15 am Meet at Southampton Harley Davidson.
08:30 am Leave for Assembly Point.
09:15 am Form up adjacent to: Sarisbury Green Parish Rooms, Barnes Lane, Southampton, SO31 7BH.
09:30 am Our Motorcycle Escort will join on the rear of the Funeral Cortege as it passes.
09:50 am Arrive at Wessex Vale Crematorium for the service.
10:00 am Funeral Service.
Afterwards There will be a Wake at The Ferryman, 2 Warsash Road, Warsash, Southampton, SO31 9HX.
