New Forest Chapter Membership

“Membership Fees & Payments

The membership year runs from 1st March to 28th February each year. Full Membership is “new or renewal” at £25 (includes, pin, date bar and access to our members only Facebook page). New and renewal costs for Joint member is £7. (Does not include Eagle Pin and year Bar) You will only become a full member of this Chapter once your payment has been received and processed. Membership cards are no longer issued by the club, but can be printed and downloaded via your online profile, once your membership has been processed.

By CREDIT TRANSFER to: New Forest HOG. Lloyds Bank Account No: 36989568 Sort Code: 30-90-90 Ref: Your Name. Please pay BEFORE filling in the form. It’s really important to put your surname(s) as a reference on the bank transfer!

Important Notice

Joint members must be sponsored by a full member of the Chapter.

As with any official Chapter, you do need to have a current or life membership of the national H.O.G. to apply for membership of the New Forest Chapter. Joint members must hold the minimum of associated national H.O.G. membership.

Release Statement

By completing this membership form and joining New Forest Chapter I agree that the Sponsoring Dealer, H.O.G®,  H.O.G® Chapter Officers, Harley-Davidson Inc, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Harley Davidson Europe Ltd, and any of its corporate affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (hereinafter, the (“RELEASED PARTIES”) shall not be liable or responsible for damage to my property occurring during any H.O.G®, or H.O.G® Chapter activities and resulting from acts or omissions occurring during  the performance of the duties of the Released Parties, even where the damage is caused by negligence (except wilful intent). I understand and agree that all H.O.G®, members and their guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk in all H.O.G®activities and I assume all the risks arising out of the conduct of such activities. I release and hold the “RELEASED PARTIES” harmless from any loss to my property which may result from my participation in H.O.G® activities and events.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE THE “RELEASED PARTIES” FOR ANY DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR CHAPTER DUTIES IN SPONSORING, PLANNING OR CONDUCTING SAID EVENT(S), EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF WILLFUL INTENT BY THE RELEASED PARTIES.

Joint Membership Notes

A “Full Joint Member” has all the same membership benefits as a “Full Member” *****except you do not get a Eagle pin and the year bars.

 

Temporary-Guest Notes

A “Temporary Guest” has no membership benefits or rights in H.O.G UK or New Forest Chapter
They may attend up to 3 New Forest Chapter rides or events as a “Temporary Guest” – after which time, they must join New Forest Chapter as either an “Individual or joint” Member.

Privacy

Introduction

New Forest Chapter is run by unpaid volunteer members, for members, under a framework provided by Harley Owners Group (H.O.G); we require information from you to provide you access to our products, events, ride outs and online resources.

By giving us your personal information, including personal data like your address and phone number, you consent to us collecting and using that information in the ways that we describe in our privacy policy and/or that you have specifically consented to. In some circumstances we also use legitimate interest, legal obligation, or contractual reasons to process the data – these are all detailed on our full privacy policy.  

 

What are you giving consent to

By applying to be a member you are giving consent to have your data processed as detailed in our privacy policy. 

In particular you are agreeing to be emailed news and information about the club and its events and activities. You are also agreeing for us to take, collect and publish photographs of you and your vehicle individually and in group photos. The photographs may be published on our website, newsletters, magazine, posters, leaflets, Facebook and/or other publications.
